At CoreMedia I had full responsibility for our Salesforce architecture. The organization deploys 55+ Enterprise seats and a great deal of custom development work. All aspects are handled internally. My job role covered:

• Internal consultancy and support for all users
• New user training and best practice sessions for advanced users
• Coverage of all new minor and major releases
• Integration of new departments into the organization
• KPI definition for standardized reporting and monitoring
